Overnight parking at the hotel costs £10.

Shuttle

The Heathrow Hoppa shuttle bus runs regularly from the hotel to terminals 2 and 3 during the airport’s opening hours. The bus stops at other hotels on the way, so it can take between 15 and 30 minutes.

If you're travelling to terminals 4 or 5 you'll need to get the Hoppa to terminals 2 or 3 and then use the free Heathrow Express between terminals.

Accommodation

A number of room sizes are available at the Mercure, including family rooms for up to 5 people.
All rooms have a mini fridge, laptop safe, air conditioning and tea & coffee making facilities, as standard.

Facilities

The hotel offers free Wifi to its customers, with high speed access upgrades available for an extra £5 per day.
Guests are welcome to make use of the free, on-site gym and those with kids between the ages of 4 and 6 can make use of the free Kids' Club facility.
A variety of video games are available to use - these are located next to the hotel bar.

Dining

Guests at the hotel are welcome to visit the on-site Borders Restaurant, which offer a selection of delicious, contemporary dishes with fresh and seasonal produce.
Opening times are 5:30pm - 10-30pm and the average main meal costs £15.

Breakfast is available at the hotel and is served Mon - Fri, 6:30am - 9:30am and Sat - Sun 6:30am - 10:30am. A full English costs £14.95 or. if you choose the Continental breakfast option, that will cost you just £9.95.

Lighter bites are available at the Borders Bar, which is open between 10:30am and 11pm.
