Shuttle
The Heathrow Hoppa shuttle service runs frequently between the hotel and terminals 2, 3 and 5 and a free public bus also runs from outside the hotel. It will take between 15 - 35 minutes to get to the airport on the bus.
The Leonardo Hotel also has a private taxi service that is bookable upon arrival. This will take guests to the airport in just 5 minutes.
If you are travelling to T4 you will need to take a taxi, as the buses do not go to this terminal.

Breakfast is a full English and Continental buffet, served between 6am - 10:30am during the week and from 6am - 11am at the weekend. Breakfast costs £16.95 per person or £13 if you book at reception the day before.

Great location & efficient, friendly service. Opted for the £10 car transfer service to the airport instead of paying £9 for my husband & I to do the hoppa - we were advised of this option when we checked in which we were grateful to learn about. When we were due to be collected, one of the staff contacted the car company to make sure they were on their way (we didn't ask him, to he offered). I also noticed the same fellow straightened up a floor mat (to avoid people tripping over it) and tidied the cushions on the couch in the waiting area - I was impressed by this as it was an automatic action, wasn't prompted to do so. The room was a good size and I liked being able to open the window.
