Great location & efficient, friendly service. Opted for the £10 car transfer service to the airport instead of paying £9 for my husband & I to do the hoppa - we were advised of this option when we checked in which we were grateful to learn about. When we were due to be collected, one of the staff contacted the car company to make sure they were on their way (we didn't ask him, to he offered). I also noticed the same fellow straightened up a floor mat (to avoid people tripping over it) and tidied the cushions on the couch in the waiting area - I was impressed by this as it was an automatic action, wasn't prompted to do so. The room was a good size and I liked being able to open the window.
