Tired from a flight from SRI lANKA, late in the evening...we hoped all would be well at the hotel with no delays. It was, swift and efficient reception [by trainee Danielle!] and functional room on the 10th floor, nice and quiet. Best thing in this hotel...the breakfast...probably the best I've had in a British hotel overseen by the efficient Carol! This is the third Holiday Inn I have stayed at in diverse places such as New Delhi, Milton Keynes and Hull! It stands out as one of the best, especially in value for money. Well done to the lovely staff.
